Operations Performance Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Operations Performance Analyst - Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and interpret customer needs to facilitate application development
- Analyze data and product performance to identify issues and ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Develop and maintain reporting solutions, including scorecards and dashboards, for performance monitoring
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Care, or equivalent experience
- 3-6 years of experience in physician revenue cycle management
- Intermediate knowledge of relational database management systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Access
- Basic understanding of general financial operations in the healthcare environment
