A company is looking for a Building Performance Analyst III.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform building performance analysis and create graphical representations of results for project teams
- Manage documentation for LEED energy credits and energy code compliance reports
- Research performance modeling methodologies to enhance high-performance design solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of related experience
- LEED, CPHC\D, BEMP or similar certification strongly desired
- Experience with EnergyPlus/Openstudio required, with additional software experience preferred
- Familiarity with ASHRAE standards and energy-related codes
