California Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Program Manager III to enhance program efficiency and support Contact Center Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities for improving efficiency, service levels, and regulatory compliance
- Manage multiple projects through the full project life cycle, including planning, execution, and closure
- Provide leadership and communicate project status to stakeholders, including executive summaries and presentations
Required Qualifications:
