Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative 2.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and assign calls to technicians based on various factors
  • Maintain communication with customers regarding service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Verify and manage the on-call crew for nightly operations
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum of 6 months of dispatch experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and Outlook
  • Certification from an accredited vocational-technical or trade school is a plus
  • Flexible schedule to work weekends, holidays, or overtime as required
