Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Inside Sales professional to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as an internal expert on member and caregiver onboarding experience, managing program outreach, education, and remote onboarding
• Coordinate with members, caregivers, and family to ensure program consent and acceptance
• Collaborate with the Clinical Team in scheduling virtual visits to onboard new members and their caregivers

Required Qualifications:

• Fluency in English AND Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, or Russian
• 2-3 years of inside sales, call center, sales/business development, telephonic outreach, recruiting, or similar experience
• Comfortable being on the phone throughout the day
• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
