Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions and offering additional products
  • Care for customers recently in accidents by setting up new claim reports and demonstrating empathy
  • Navigate through multiple computer systems while managing inbound calls
Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of two years relevant work experience
  • OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Customer service experience
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment with specific workspace requirements
