Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to support customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer inquiries and insurance policy needs by answering questions and offering additional products
- Care for customers recently in accidents by setting up new claim reports and demonstrating empathy
- Navigate through multiple computer systems while managing inbound calls
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience
- OR a minimum of two years post-secondary education
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Customer service experience
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with specific workspace requirements
