Job Summary
A company is looking for a Card Fraud Customer Service representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve cardmember inquiries related to fraud or security concerns, including verifying transactions and reporting fraud
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for fraud verification and customer follow-up
- Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management as needed
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of Call Center or Customer Service experience
- Ability to operate office equipment such as computers and telephones
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
- Completion of activities to evaluate specific skills and knowledge related to the position
