A company is looking for a Director of Care Coordination Strategy & Operations for their remote contact center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the care coordination team, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
  • Develop and execute the operational strategy to optimize and scale the care coordination team
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure quality of care standards and outcomes are achieved
Required Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years of experience in contact center operations, with at least 4-6 years in a leadership role
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing contact center operations, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience in building and scaling operations, particularly in contact center operations and shared services
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex strategies aligned with organizational goals
