Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Care Coordination Strategy & Operations for their remote contact center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the care coordination team, fostering a positive and collaborative team culture
- Develop and execute the operational strategy to optimize and scale the care coordination team
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure quality of care standards and outcomes are achieved
Required Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience in contact center operations, with at least 4-6 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing contact center operations, preferably in healthcare
- Experience in building and scaling operations, particularly in contact center operations and shared services
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Commitment to member-centered care and exceptional member experiences
