Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Operations Network Strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop long-range manufacturing strategies and plans, identifying operational factors impacting capacity
- Perform data analysis and modeling to optimize manufacturing network performance
- Lead Manufacturing Network Design by modality and nodes, supporting business case development
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering; MBA or equivalent experience may be considered
- 12+ years of experience in biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or a similarly regulated industry
- Proven ability to influence and engage stakeholders across functions, especially at senior leadership levels
- Demonstrated capability in developing and leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects
- Experience in managing large-scale change initiatives within a manufacturing context
