Job Summary
A company is looking for a Medical Coder.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate medical coding for inpatient facilities
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize coding accuracy
Required Qualifications
- Current coding certification from AHIMA or AAPC (CCS preferred)
- At least 3 years of inpatient coding experience
- Experience with Trauma Level I facilities and spinal fusion coding
- Availability for training during business hours (Monday-Friday, EST)
