- Ensure compliance with national standards and coding practices for accuracy and production standards
- Participate in CMS audits and develop relationships to enhance understanding of the Risk Adjustment process
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Certified professional coder (CPC)
- 2+ years of retrospective risk adjustment coding experience
