Risk Adjustment Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Program Manager to lead risk adjustment-related projects from conception to implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all internal and external risk-adjusted projects
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
- Develop and present complex analytics to communicate ongoing financial performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of Risk Adjustment experience; 1-2 years of leadership experience preferred
- Experience leading complex projects and presenting analytics to executive levels required
- Knowledge of HHS Commercial Risk Adjustment, CMS Risk Adjustment, and MassHealth risk adjustment required
- Medical coding certification or equivalent experience preferred
