Change Manager Contractor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Change Manager (Contractor) to support strategic transformation initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance
• Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to identify change impacts and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Lead the creation and execution of communication strategies and training programs to support knowledge transfer and adoption of new processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in change management or organizational development roles
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter, ADKAR, etc.)
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is a plus
