Manager of Change Engineering
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Change and Release Engineering to lead the Release Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Release Engineering team and facilitate Change Enablement meetings
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and manage a team focused on automation and tooling integrations
- Create documentation and training resources to enhance the Change & Release Enablement framework
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program management, release management, or IT change management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI)
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL)
- Experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures in a Technology setting
