Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator I, Client Experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client onboarding and ensure expectations are met through effective communication and support
  • Conduct periodic check-ins with clients to monitor satisfaction and facilitate issue resolution
  • Assist in project discussions and process improvements to enhance client experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or Science related field, or High School Diploma with relevant experience
  • One year of experience in an IRB, health-related field, or clinical research
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office products and CRM software
  • Sales/business development experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of clinical research and understanding of FDA regulations is a plus
