Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager in Client Experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients at various levels
  • Facilitate the implementation process for smooth transition from sales to operations
  • Lead client calls and present performance reports
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of revenue cycle management and/or healthcare experience
  • 2+ years of account management or similar experience
  • Ability to lead and facilitate teams to high performance
  • Advanced computer skills and knowledge of patient accounting systems
