Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager in Client Experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients at various levels
- Facilitate the implementation process for smooth transition from sales to operations
- Lead client calls and present performance reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of revenue cycle management and/or healthcare experience
- 2+ years of account management or similar experience
- Ability to lead and facilitate teams to high performance
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of patient accounting systems
