Job Summary

A company in the insurance industry is looking for a Client Experience Representative 1.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to plan administrators, brokers, and field partners through various communication channels
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with plan administrators, brokers, and field partners
  • Research, evaluate, and respond to service issues, and create solutions to prevent future occurrences
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service
  • Solid understanding of the marketplace and challenges of plan administrators
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a complex workload
