Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Implementation Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review client product requirements and develop project plans for timely and successful implementations
  • Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of new clients
  • Facilitate internal and external meetings, make formal presentations, and contribute to deliverables
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, operations research, or public health administration preferred
  • Knowledge of CMS and State Medicaid agency requirements
  • Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
