Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client product requirements and develop project plans for timely and successful implementations
- Coordinate internal resources and collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of new clients
- Facilitate internal and external meetings, make formal presentations, and contribute to deliverables
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, operations research, or public health administration preferred
- Knowledge of CMS and State Medicaid agency requirements
- Project Manager Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
