Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Onboarding Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage onboarding for multiple enterprise customers simultaneously
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the onboarding process
  • Coordinate implementation activities with clients and internal teams
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years in Engagement Manager, Implementation Consultant, or Technical Account Manager roles
  • Experience with equipment supply chain management and technical knowledge in end user computing
  • Self-starter with strong execution skills, comfortable working remotely
  • Ability to work flexibly with distributed teams across multiple regions
