Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day management and support of the EdAssist CPA team
  • Lead weekly team meetings and serve as the primary liaison with leadership for operational issues
  • Document and maintain process documents for client support teams and manage the Dissatisfied Client Escalation Process
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or 3 years of equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of management or supervisory experience
  • 4+ years of client or account management experience
  • Experience in client-facing roles and managing partnerships
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
