Client Relationship Coordinator
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator to support new and existing clients in the System Certification area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to internal sales teams in developing proposals and quotations
- Assist with contract renewal quotes and manage job numbers for ISO audits
- Liaise with the certification review team and manage client inquiries
Required Qualifications and Education
- Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Experience with SAP or Salesforce is desirable
