Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison between clients/brokers and internal departments
  • Deliver client complaints to relevant departments for resolution
  • Provide communication to clients and brokers regarding claim issues and industry information
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of Medical Claims experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and function well in a high-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills
