Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between clients/brokers and internal departments
- Deliver client complaints to relevant departments for resolution
- Provide communication to clients and brokers regarding claim issues and industry information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of Medical Claims experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Ability to prioritize tasks and function well in a high-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills
