Job Summary

A company is looking for a Supervisor Client Servicing Level 1.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach and develop a remote team of associates to resolve client problems and deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Create and implement coaching plans based on reporting and analytics
  • Hire, onboard, and support new associates
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in financial services or technology support
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role managing non-exempt employees
  • Strong understanding of call center metrics and basic financial transaction processing
  • Quiet and secure home working environment
  • One or more years experience managing remote call center associates (preferred)
