A company in the Healthcare industry is looking for a Coding Manager.

Position Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and standards
• Manage daily operations of the coding section and provide leadership to coding staff
• Work with various hospital departments to resolve coding, account, and charge capture issues

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a work-related field or relevant experience
• Five years of directly related work experience
• Knowledge of coding software, health information, and regulatory requirements
• RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, and/or CCSP certification
• Expertise in ICD-10-CM, ICD-10 PCS, and/or CPT coding systems
