Coding Manager
Job Summary
A company in the Healthcare industry is looking for a Coding Manager.
Position Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and standards
- Manage daily operations of the coding section and provide leadership to coding staff
- Work with various hospital departments to resolve coding, account, and charge capture issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a work-related field or relevant experience
- Five years of directly related work experience
- Knowledge of coding software, health information, and regulatory requirements
- RHIA, RHIT, CCS, CPC, and/or CCSP certification
- Expertise in ICD-10-CM, ICD-10 PCS, and/or CPT coding systems
