Job Summary

A company is looking for a Community & Communications Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement communications and community building strategy across multiple media platforms
  • Create engaging content for online groups, social media, newsletter, events, and blog
  • Review analytics and adjust strategies to attract new audiences
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience managing and growing online communities
  • Ability to craft compelling communications using text, video, and images
  • Proficiency with managing spreadsheets
  • Deep understanding of customer avatars and segmentation
  • Experience working with tech stack including Thinkific, HubSpot, Google Drive/Calendars, Slack, Zoom, Eventbrite, Asana, and Squarespace
