Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compliance Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct compliance and litigation related projects to completion
• Partner with project stakeholders and cross-functional owners to collaborate on the implementation of legal and compliance initiatives
• Proactively monitor Federal, State and Local regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Create project documentation including business requirements, business case, functional specifications and technical specifications
• Complete data analysis pertaining to compliance and litigation to determine overall risk and exposure
• Manage multiple initiatives of varying size and scope. Manage plan relative to scope, timeline, resource management
