Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Manager - Temp to assist with contract management for a national insurance company.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate contracts to align with business objectives and compliance standards
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to manage risks and ensure contract visibility
- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders regarding contractual rights and obligations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5 to 7 years of experience in legal contract matters, contract management, or business negotiations
- Experience in managing a high-volume workload and multiple concurrent projects
- Proven ability to develop and document standardized processes
- Experience with Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, and SaaS Licensing Agreements
