Job Summary
A company is looking for a Recruiter to support high-volume recruiting in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage job postings, screen resumes, and coordinate interviews across multiple sites
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and keep them updated on recruiting progress
- Coordinate pre-boarding tasks including background checks, drug screens, and new hire paperwork
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-7 years of recruiting experience, ideally focused on high-volume hourly roles in a manufacturing environment
- Not in a full-time role (this is an ongoing CONTRACT)
