Key Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles

Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of previous recruitment experience

- Experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred
- Familiarity with managing the full recruitment cycle, including offer negotiations
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
