Contracts Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Specialist to review, negotiate, and manage agreements in support of the company's goals on a part-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, draft, and proof standard agreements and templates
- Provide support for clinical study department in negotiation and execution of clinical trial agreements
- Support other members of the legal team in various transactions related to drug discovery and development
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in drafting and negotiating legal contracts in a bio-pharma company, university, or CRO
- Knowledge of contracts and contract workflow and management systems
- B.S./B.A. with 10+ years' experience
