Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to manage financial operations and maintain accurate accounting records.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the general ledger and prepare journal entries while ensuring compliance with regulations and accounting principles
• Supervise the team in analyzing account balances, reconciling GL accounts, and preparing for year-end audits
• Oversee business office functions, including accurate billing and timely posting of cash receipts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting preferred or equivalent related experience
• Previous experience in healthcare accounting preferred
• At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting and finance
• Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles and proficiency in QuickBooks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
