Job Summary
A company is looking for a Controller to oversee accounting, financial reporting, internal controls, tax, and payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting and financial reporting functions
- Develop systems and account structure to accommodate potential acquisitions and geographic growth
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close process for accurate financial reporting
Required Qualifications:
- Company off-site Summits
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience in companies with multiple product lines and complex tax structures
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Successful track record of financial audits with the Big 4
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
