Controller Consultant
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Controller Consultant with experience in healthcare services and RCM (Revenue Cycle Management).
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial and accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, tax compliance, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our financial operations
- Work closely with senior leadership to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models that support the strategic goals of the organization
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and financial reporting requirements
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel
