Job Summary

A company in the business services industry is looking for a CRM Business Process Director.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Own and evangelize existing and future Customer Relationship Management (CRM) business processes related to the sales and customer-facing experience
  • Identify business process improvement opportunities, provide ongoing training and support to drive adoption and accountability, and enable standard work that is both actionable and measurable
  • Coordinate with and influence business stakeholders to adhere to agreed-upon processes in support of Commercial Operations mission to drive standardization and efficiency through technology
Required Qualifications:
  • 7 or more years of relevant experience required
  • Experience with Salesforce required
  • Ability to coach and support others through leadership and collaborative partnership skills
  • Established track record of meeting individual and team business goals
