Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative, Priority Xfinity Communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support for billing, repair, retention, and sales inquiries to enhance customer experience
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and account inquiries during customer interactions
  • Build consultative relationships with customers to understand and resolve issues effectively
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Some high school coursework is required
  • 0-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
  • Familiarity with technology and ability to use multiple tools and systems
  • Adherence to company policies, quality guidelines, and established procedures
