Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative, Priority Xfinity Communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for billing, repair, retention, and sales inquiries to enhance customer experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and account inquiries during customer interactions
- Build consultative relationships with customers to understand and resolve issues effectively
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Some high school coursework is required
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
- Familiarity with technology and ability to use multiple tools and systems
- Adherence to company policies, quality guidelines, and established procedures
