Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Project Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic and complex projects for the company's most valuable customers, ensuring seamless implementation of products
- Coordinate internal resources for flawless execution of projects, meeting SLAs, KPIs, and project deadlines
- Contribute to the development of the company's platform, designing and deploying new tools, processes, policies, and solutions to enhance transition management
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Project Management, or another customer-facing role
- Experience in driving complex projects to completion and managing multiple accounts simultaneously
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives to completion
- Experience with Salesforce, CSM/CRM tools
