Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service and Collections Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage patient accounts, ensuring cash collection and resolution of self-pay balances
- Communicate with patients to negotiate payment arrangements and validate account balances
- Provide information regarding the Financial Assistance Program and refer calls as necessary
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare account management preferred
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment
