Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service and Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient accounts, ensuring cash collection and resolution of self-pay balances
  • Communicate with patients to negotiate payment arrangements and validate account balances
  • Provide information regarding the Financial Assistance Program and refer calls as necessary


Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare environment preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare account management preferred
  • Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment
