Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service or Sales Technical Support Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via inbound calls, outbound calls, or internet communication

- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of six months of customer service experience or hard sales experience for sales positions
