Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails in a courteous and timely manner
- Perform research to resolve customer inquiries and document interactions in a CRM system
- Maintain quality in customer interactions and follow established escalation processes as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year of customer service or contact center experience required
- Experience with State Health and Human Services program is preferred
- Knowledge of accessing multiple database systems simultaneously
