Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails in a courteous and timely manner
  • Perform research to resolve customer inquiries and document interactions in a CRM system
  • Maintain quality in customer interactions and follow established escalation processes as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • One year of customer service or contact center experience required
  • Experience with State Health and Human Services program is preferred
  • Knowledge of accessing multiple database systems simultaneously
