Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative- LHA.
Key Responsibilities
- Field phone calls and emails from clients and participants regarding various topics
- Process forms, enter data related to benefit processes, and provide administrative support
- Maintain high levels of customer service and create positive relationships with clients and participants
Required Qualifications
- At least one year of professional work experience, preferably in a call center or high call volume environment
- Experience using a CRM system is preferred
- High school graduate/GED required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills with the ability to multi-task in a collaborative environment
- Internally motivated individual looking for personal and professional growth
