Customer Service Representative
Job Summary
A company in the Customer Service industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative.
Position Responsibilities:
- Assist sales reps in the field with customer needs, including placing and correcting orders and adding promotional products
- Provide 100% support for the field, with no selling or up-selling required
- Work remotely from home after on-site training
Qualifications:
- Authorized to work in the US
- Previous call center or customer service experience
- Full-time availability
- Training hours of 10:30am-7pm CT, with a shift of 12:30pm-9pm M-F after training
- Class start date of 06/19/2023
