Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Support 2 - Customer Enabling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in identifying potential obstacles in the order management internal process and work with other functions and customer facing customer service representatives to take corrective actions as directed
  • Assist in updating internal stakeholders on order status and any issues
  • Support the generation of order related documents as outlined in established processes
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent
  • Two years of related work experience
  • Previous customer service experience required (minimum 3+ years in RELEVANT customer service role)
  • Previous experience with EDI transactions required - AS400 ERP Experience a plus
  • Self-motivated, ability to work remotely
