Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Support Manager (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the customer service function to deliver high-quality support experience
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures aligned with business goals
  • Monitor customer service metrics to identify improvement areas and report insights to leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in customer service for a tech or SaaS company, including 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of customer service practices and customer journey management
  • Previous experience in the insurance or InsurTech space is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency with customer support platforms and CRM systems
  • Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
