Job Summary
A company is looking for a Data Science Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the implementation of a data-science capability to produce insights for corporate strategies and tactics
- Lead a team using advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and big data techniques
- Form strong relationships with leaders across the organization and influence them to act on data-driven insights
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in data analysis and predictive analytics
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing an analytics team
- Experience with programming languages such as SAS, Python, R, SQL, and Tableau
- Ability to translate data and analytics into easily digestible stories
