Job Summary
A company in the Telecommunications industry is looking for a Database Administrator.
Position Responsibilities:
- Perform system database administration tasks such as patching, upgrades, database changes, reorg, unload/reload
- Provide full-time support for the client's database environment
- Rotate across 3 shifts, covering 24X7 support
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Oracle, DB2, Informix, Sybase, and SQLServer
- Experience in supporting a wide variety of database technologies
- Ability to work in a 24X7 environment and rotate across 3 shifts
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in database administration
