Design Program Manager
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Design Program Manager to lead and manage design programs for their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and managing the design onboarding program
- Establishing and maintaining design culture and community, running Design All Hands and managing Design Summits
- Partnering with the Design Platform team to develop and maintain a design hub
Qualifications:
- May be asked to attend (or travel to attend) on-site work sessions, team-building, or other in-person events
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field or equivalent work experience
- At least 8 years of experience in design operations, project management, or a related field
- Experience leading and managing team events
- Experience with design tools and software such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, etc
