A company in the Internet and eCommerce industry is looking for a Developer Experience Associate.
Position Responsibilities
- Provide daily solutions for developers' issues with the help of the team
- Collaborate on solutions, communicate and share experiences within the team
- Translate technical speak and troubleshooting steps into understandable language
Required Qualifications
- Passion for supporting users and developers with empathy and patience
- Experience with debugging, finding solutions, and analyzing data
- 1+ years of experience with troubleshooting API, SDK, and/or bot issues preferred
- Working experience with programming languages, particularly JavaScript and Python
