Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Learning Analyst responsible for managing the life cycle of content in various learning technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer new hire curricula and manage learning assets across business units
  • Develop and document standard operating procedures and perform routine audits
  • Provide support for learning technology platforms, including SCORM assistance and report generation

Required Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience managing learning technology platforms (LMS, LCMS, LXP)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; additional IT-related certifications are a plus
  • Strong project management skills
  • Expert level knowledge of Microsoft 365, with advanced Excel skills required
  • Intermediate to expert level experience with portal applications such as LMS and Salesforce
