Job Summary

A company is looking for a Digital Mortgage Platform Principal Client Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for full client success management, including account strategy sessions, client overviews, and presentations to C-Level executives
  • Proactively identifies and resolves potential issues with clients
  • Negotiates contracts, manages client integrations, and oversees project management
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of account management and/or sales experience
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
