Job Summary
A company is looking for a Digital Mortgage Platform Principal Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for full client success management, including account strategy sessions, client overviews, and presentations to C-Level executives
- Proactively identifies and resolves potential issues with clients
- Negotiates contracts, manages client integrations, and oversees project management
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of account management and/or sales experience
- Strong negotiation skills
- Results-driven and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
