Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations across Policy, Client Relations, and Analyst teams to deliver top-tier Certification outcomes
- Own the end-to-end Certification delivery process, ensuring efficiency, scale, and consistent quality
- Drive client experience strategy and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer interactions across all touchpoints
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in a leadership role overseeing client-facing support, service, or operational delivery
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and scale complex services in a regulated industry
- Demonstrated experience in operational efficiency and client satisfaction
- Deep understanding of experience design principles and continuous service improvement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; practical expertise valued over credentials
